Enactus Motilal Nehru College, New Delhi, hosted our Co-Founder, Vasanthi Kumar and our Advisor, Animal Welfare, Preeti Singh at their webinar on the occasion of the World Rabies Day, on the 28th of September, 2020. The topic was "The Importance of Collaboration To Contribute to the Welfare of Stray Dogs and End Rabies.
While Vasanthi Kumar spoke about how STRAW has been striving towards to collaborate with people on an individual basis and guiding them to vaccinate and sterilize stray dogs so that people can live with out fear of Rabies, our advisor, Preeti Singh spoke about the disease and about how we can all contribute our little bit to erradicate Rabies in our own localities.
Nearly 50 students participated through a ZOOM webinar meeting from the comfort of their own homes. They participated with gusto and made this event a big success.
