We started September with a Compassionate Classroom program at Esther Grammar School for grades 1 through 6, where students learned practical ways to befriend and assist community dogs through engaging storytelling sessions. The interactive sessions encouraged active participation, allowing children to explore how small acts of kindness can make a big difference in the lives of these animals.
The program was a great success, with students demonstrating enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to helping street dogs in their community.
The session was extra special as the principal, Ms Esther Benjamin Paul, herself ensured that children not only learned from the session but also encouraged them to put it into practice.
